Need something fixed?

Log a maintenance request online any time and we will get it moving. For urgent issues like a burst pipe, a gas leak, or anything affecting your safety, use the emergency contacts on your lease. We follow up until the job is genuinely sorted, not just logged.

Your rights, our responsibilities

Renting in Victoria comes with clear rights and protections under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. We take our side of that seriously, whether it is repairs, minimum standards, your privacy, notice periods or your bond, and we will always be straight with you about timeframes and what to expect.

If you want independent information, Consumer Affairs Victoria is a good place to look.
